The centre of gravity of my 19-year career is chain hotel and marine interior architecture. The 15 projects below run from hospitality work delivered under Hilton and Westin brand standards to cruise and yacht projects governed by IMO/MED regulation.

Hotel and Hospitality Projects

Chain hotel design works differently from unconstrained interior work: the brand design manual sets measurable thresholds from room dimensions to lighting levels, FF&E items are subject to certification, and every space passes brand team approval. The seven projects below were delivered within that discipline.

• DoubleTree by Hilton Afyonkarahisar (2019) — Lead Designer. Restaurant, roof bar, ballroom, 115 guest rooms and the presidential suite.
• DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Centre (2019) — Contemporary urban hotel in central Antalya.
• DoubleTree by Hilton Torba Işıl Club, Bodrum (2020) — Lead Designer. Resort hotel interior under Hilton standards.
• DoubleTree by Hilton Tuzla (2013) — Lead Designer. City hotel next to Kocaeli.
• Hilton Erbil (2016) — Lead Designer. International chain hotel project in Iraq.
• Westin Hotels Nişantaşı (2021) — Senior Designer. City-centre hotel conversion in Istanbul.
• Crowne Plaza Laleli, Harikzedegan (2008) — Hotel conversion in a historic building.

Marine, Cruise and Yacht Projects

Since 2022, as Head of Design at Cita Design, I have managed the interior design of Europe's leading cruise ships. On these projects design decisions are taken alongside IMO/MED fire and material regulation.

• NB22 Norse Shipyard Private Yacht (2024) — Gölcük. Master cabin, spa and bar areas.
• Cruise Ship Family Suite (2024) — Multi-berth cabin layout.
• Cruise Ship Penthouse Veranda Cabin (2024) — Upper-segment cabin opening to open deck.
• Cruise Ship Suite Room (2023) — A suite balancing luxury comfort with marine regulation.
• Tersan NB1120 Offshore Support Vessel (2022) — Crew accommodation and common areas.
• Cemre NB1091 Hinnøy Ferry (2022) — Passenger lounge and kiosk visualizations.

Restaurant and Residential Projects

• Malva Restaurant, LXR Hotel by Hilton Susona (2019) — Bodrum. Indoor and outdoor dining areas.
• Private Cabin House (2023) — Yalova. A compact timber retreat.
